SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship US and her territory only.
We pack and ship orders Mondays, Tuesdays on a first come first serve basis. We do not ship anything by the end of the week, nor long holiday weekends.
We don't want your plants sitting around waiting in a box!
SHIPMENTS
Most plants larger than a 3" shipped bare root unless otherwise rquested. If you want your plant shipped potted, you mus message us because your shipping cost will be higher. Not all plants can be shipped in soil - it depends on your location. You should receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your plants ships.We use First Class & US Priority Mail.
ALL CUSTOMERS!
It is up to the customer to monitor the weather. If it is freexing in your area, please order 72 hour heat pack to go with to protect your plants. Most of the plants will perish in cold temps.
If you are not happy with your plants, MESSAGE US FIRST! We can usually work with you. However, we must be notified about plants in poor condition 24 hours after you have received them. Please provide some close up photo of the damaged plant, and the shipping package (if damaged).
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Packages marked as delivered by a carrier, but are not received are the customer's responcibility to track. Yellowgreen Exotic Garden is not liable for packages once they are delivered by the carrier. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office or visit the links provided below as we are not able to tracke the parcel down on our end.

Not all of the plants are easy to grow and we cannot guarantee your success as a grower. However, we are here to help wherever we can and are always happy to give advice (it's free)!
